Io apprezzo il Perricone per il gusto corposo e schietto. Ma poi c'è la farina di tumnia, i ceci biologici, la pasta di grani siciliani antichi e tante goduria locali, come pomodoro e succo d'uva che si annoverano fra le cose più buone della zona. Senza clamore una delle migliori della Sicilia.
