★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca privacy. Mi sono rivolto a loro x l'assistenza di mia madre ad un buon prezzo. Sono rimasto malissimo, quando un mio conoscente è andato da loro a chiedere informazioni e ha voluto che gli facessero il medesimo prezzo che avevano fatto a mia madre. La cosa che mi ha sorpreso è che l'agenzia ha chiesto il nome di mia madre x andare a vedere a quanto ammontava il totale e quindi il prezzo all'ora. Scusatemi ma dove è la privacy?? Il servizio che hanno offerto x l'assistenza è ottimo, ma molto mi ha deluso il non rispettare la privacy del cliente. Non ci tornerò più!!!!! Se si riprovano a sputtanare su mia madre mi rivolgerò a chi di dovere. Non scherzo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 Little privacy. I turned to them for my mother's assistance at a good price. I was very upset when an acquaintance of mine went to them to ask for information and wanted them to make him the same price they had done to my mother. The thing that surprised me is that the agency asked for my mother's name to go and see how much the total was and therefore the price per hour. Excuse me but where is the privacy ?? The service they offered for assistance is excellent, but I was very disappointed in not respecting the customer's privacy. I will not go back there again !!!!! If they try to blame my mother again, I will turn to whoever is responsible. No kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!!
