★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 10 anni dalla data di acquisto, cucina in ottimo stato, sempre bella ed efficiente. Assistenza clienti di livello eccellente. Il vero Made in Italy che ci rappresenta nel mondo e di cui vorremo sempre essere orgogliosi. Unica pecca gli elettrodomestici Gaggenau, per la mia esperienza, da evitare, sia come qualità (eccetto il forno), che come assistenza clienti, assistenza tecnica e post vendita scadente e superficiale.
After 10 years from the date of purchase, the kitchen is in excellent condition, always beautiful and efficient. Excellent customer support. The real Made in Italy that represents us in the world and of which we would always like to be proud. The only flaw is the Gaggenau appliances, in my experience, to be avoided, both in terms of quality (except the oven), and in terms of customer service, technical assistance and poor and superficial after-sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho una Valcucine da quasi vent'anni, e solo adesso ho avuto bisogno di un piccolo intervento: la sostituzione di una cerniera di uno sportello. Dopo la segnalazione al Servizio Clienti, dopo pochi giorni mi è arrivato gratuitamente a casa un pacco con quattro cerniere. Eccellente. Grazie!

Gli installatori ufficiali sono estremamente professionali durante la loro attività. L'attenzione al cliente è completa sia nelle fasi di pre-vendita sia post-vendita, anche direttamente e non solo tramite il rivenditore autorizzato. Insomma, ci si sente curati e certi di poter godere nel quotidiano di una cucina di qualità.
The kitchen is wonderful from all points of view, materials, attention to ecology and details, aesthetics and ergonomics. Official installers are extremely professional in their business. The attention to the customer is complete both in the pre-sales and after-sales phases, even directly and not only through the authorized dealer. In short, you feel cared for and certain of being able to enjoy quality cuisine on a daily basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valcucine is outstanding company and the product, design and unique special features are really outstanding. I had my first Valcucine kitchen 23 years ago. After moving to a new property I ordered Valcucine Artematica kitchen cabinets and counter top again. It’s been 15 years and my kitchen looks brand new. Thanks to a special glass fronts, that is easy to clean and timeless sharp look. The product is water and humid resistant. We absolutely love it. Now we are considering to order a bar made with very unique system Logica Celata. We want the bar to be hidden so the bottles and glasses are not shown from the living room and then when we have guests reception it can be open magically with one move of the hand. Nobody does that really.
