-Appuntamento fissato per un orario, il tecnico arriva in ritardo dicendo che nella sua agenda l'appuntamento era fissato per l'ora successiva. Può capitare, il tecnico chiama in sede e gli viene risposto che non abbiamo capito ma il nostro appuntamento era fissato per un generico "in mattinata".
-Non contento il tecnico lavora senza mascherina finchè, finalmente, con molta insistenza riusciamo a convincerlo ad andare A PRENDERLA DAL FURGONE.
-Non finisce qui: maleducato e scorbutico non finisce il lavoro perchè a suo dire la nostra caldaia "non viene usata da anni" (abbiamo i certificati di controllo regolare ogni 2 anni) e "c'era un guasto non identificato, ma forse anche più guasti"... Con la caldaia funzionante senza intoppi fino ad oggi.
-Aggiunge che certi lavori non dovremmo farli fare con la pioggia (ed era sotto tetto), come se fosse nostra la responsabilità di questi appuntamenti.
Non aggiungo altro.
Bad service from every point of view.
- Appointment set for a time, the technician arrives late saying that in his agenda the appointment was set for the next hour. It can happen, the technician calls the office and is told that we did not understand but our appointment was set for a generic "in the morning".
-Not happy the technician works without a mask until, finally, with a lot of insistence we manage to convince him to go and TAKE IT FROM THE VAN.
-It does not end here: rude and grumpy does not finish the job because according to him our boiler "has not been used for years" (we have regular inspection certificates every 2 years) and "there was an unidentified fault, but perhaps also more failures "... With the boiler running smoothly to date.
-He adds that certain jobs should not be done in the rain (and it was under the roof), as if it were our responsibility for these appointments.
I don't add anything else.
