Occorre chiamare e non attendere le risposte alle mail, perché nel mio caso è sfuggita la mail, ma poi chiamando sono stati molto veloci ed efficienti. Unica pecca, nel nostro caso, è stata la consegna perchè, data la distanza, l'autista non ci ha indicato un orario, e siamo stati un giorno intero ad aspettare, è arrivato di sera e senza gru (non ci hanno chiesto se occorreva) e sotto la pioggia non è stato bellissimo in mezzo al fango andare a reperire un mezzo per scaricare. Spero questa recensione possa servire per migliorare un pò l'assistenza alle consegne, per il resto mi ritengo soddisfatto, e se non fosse per la consegna avrei dato di più perchè l'azienda è seria.
On behalf of a client, I had this company buy construction material, I must say competitive prices and serious people at a distance. We need to call and not wait for replies to emails, because in my case the email escaped, but then by calling they were very fast and efficient. The only flaw, in our case, was the delivery because, given the distance, the driver did not indicate a time, and we waited a whole day, he arrived in the evening and without a crane (they did not ask us if it was necessary ) and in the rain it was not wonderful in the mud to go and find a means to unload. I hope this review can be used to improve the delivery assistance a little, for the rest I am satisfied, and if it were not for the delivery I would have given more because the company is serious.
