Non so se la chiusura covid possa aver influito sul servizio, ma ho rilevato una minore attenzione al cliente e un risultato non soddisfacente. Il colore è rimasto giallo e nemmeno i molti lavaggi lo hanno eliminato; inoltre non è uniforme, con zone non tinte. Il taglio invece è venuto bene.
Mi spiace perché mi son sempre trovata benissimo e perciò ho anche sempre giustificato il prezzo al di sopra della media.
Unfortunately I have to edit the review from a year ago. I don't know if the covid closure could have affected the service, but I found less attention to the customer and an unsatisfactory result. The color has remained yellow and not even the many washes have eliminated it; moreover it is not uniform, with undyed areas. The cut instead came out well.
I'm sorry because I have always had a great time and therefore I have also always justified the above average price.
