Abbiamo portato l'auto con un mal funzionamento ai fumi, per errata valutazione del problema, ci siamo bruciati mezza macchina, speso 2000,00 euro e la macchina ad oggi presenta ancora lo stesso problema. Non ho parole. Consiglio corsi di aggiornamento per i meccanici. Peccato che non si possa dare 0.
 Bad, absolutely indignant. We brought the car with a malfunction to the fumes, due to incorrect evaluation of the problem, we burned half the car, spent 2000.00 euros and the car still has the same problem today. I have no words. I recommend refresher courses for mechanics. Too bad we can't give 0.

Le cifre possono variare da una concessionaria all'altra , però intanto Mi ha fatto veramente piacere avergli chiesto un preventivo , si vede che gli piace fare il suo lavoro e lo fa con il sorriso, sono stato contento ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an emergency with my car during a stop on vacation in Imola. Found this on google maps and it was the best that could have happened to me! Even though I needed to use google translator because virtually no one there speaks English, everyone was super friendly, nice and helpful! They found the problem and ordered the parts right away, fixed my car the next day and didn't have any issues with warranty even though I'm not from Italy.
I wish I could give 10 *s and I hope if I ever have an issue with my car in Italy again, it will be in Imola! :-)
