Ho acquistato un idropulitrice qualche anno fa e ora non mi funziona più. Ho chiesto se facevano assistenza e mi hanno detto che si appoggiano ad una persona esterna e che avrebbero riparato in qualche giorno. È più di un mese che aspetto e dopo varie chiamate mi sento dire che devono ancora farlo... Magari dirlo subito e lo portavo da un altra parte senza perdere così tanto tempo... Personale incompetente in questo caso!!!
Bad assistance !!!
I bought a pressure washer a few years ago and now it doesn't work anymore. I asked if they did assistance and they told me that they rely on an outside person and that they would fix it in a few days. I have been waiting for more than a month and after several calls I am told that they still have to do it ... Maybe say it right away and take it somewhere else without wasting so much time ... Incompetent staff in this case !!!
