★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver telefonato a decine di ferramenta (tra Venezia Padova e Vicenza) alla ricerca di un ricambio che non trovavo, mi sono imbattuto nell'utensileria Pornaro.
Spiegato loro di cosa avevo bisogno si sono riservati di contattarmi appena effettuato qualche telefonata.
Ebbene in 48 ore avevo il ricambio disponibile in negozio.
Che dire...grazie mille (in particolar modo al Sig. Marco) per la disponibilità e gentilezza dimostrata!
After phoning dozens of hardware stores (between Venice, Padua and Vicenza) looking for a spare part that I couldn't find, I came across the Pornaro tool shop.
I explained to them what I needed and they reserved to contact me as soon as I made a few phone calls.
Well in 48 hours I had the spare part available in the shop.
What can I say ... thank you very much (especially to Mr. Marco) for the availability and kindness shown!
