Chiamo alle 8.40 del mattino e parte la segreteria che dice che gli uffici sono aperti dalle 8.30 ecc... Chiamo alle 8.50, mi risponde un signore e mi dice che per prendere appuntamento devo chiamare dopo le 9 perché deve ancora accendere il computer.... Chiamo alle 9.05 e non mi rispondono più. Ho fatto 10 chiamate e non mi hanno più risposto. Senza parole.

I call at 8.40 in the morning and the secretariat starts saying that the offices are open from 8.30 etc ...
