Solo un giro x vedere cose che possono servire... Bisogna guardare bene perché molti articoli hanno prezzi davvero eccessivi, altri corretti. Benissimo. Lo segnalo ad amici come posto interessante . Torno oggi e acquisto una lampada. Perfetto. Arrivata a casa realizzo che ne vorrei anche un'altra e chiedo per telefono se cortesemente me la possono tenere da parte per mandare qualcuno a ritirarla nel pomeriggio o al massimo io stessa lunedì (sono in partenza per il we) e la voglio regalare a mia sorella. Questo accade in TUTTI I NEGOZI in cui sono apprezzata cliente. Apriti cielo: mi hanno trattata con malgarbo sollecitando la chiusura della chiamata e invocando il regolamento. Mi metto in tasca l'orgoglio e al pomeriggio ci torno (il regalo a mia sorella lo volevo fare) e vengo nuovamente investita da una polemica ad alta voce che non si può, che il regolamento , che ho torto. A voce normale devo chiedere tre o quattro volte di poter pagare e andarmene. La polemica continua. Gran finale: il poss per 4 volte NON funziona. Bravi. Doppia bella figura: cortesia ed efficienza !!!! Ora mi restava da fare questa recensione e avvertire i miei numerosi amici amanti del riuso. Total disappointment. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'angolo vintage con pezzi ricercati e in buone condizioni . La mia parte preferita è quella all'ingresso con parecchi oggetti da collezione. Veramente bravo e preparato il personale addetto alla clientela: sempre disponibilissima e gentile anche con chi come me fa mille domande . Large rooms, well organized, clean and truly assorted of everything. I particularly liked the vintage corner with refined pieces and in good condition. My favorite part is the one at the entrance with several collectibles. The staff in charge of the customers are really good and prepared: always very helpful and kind even with those like me who ask a thousand questions.

Unico modo per correggere la eventuale sopravvalutazione iniziale . Serietà nel rapporto col cliente. Chi non lo applica o tiene basso il prezzo iniziale o poi se lo tiene in "saccoccia" ... P	P G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho assistito a scene da banco dei pugni con un povero malcapitato cliente. Ce ne siamo andati mentre il personale lo insultava e minacciava. Urla, parolacce e minacce per una richiesta di chiarimento alla signora(?) 4 contro 1. Per paura siamo andati via. Bologna è pieno di posti validi e con gente educata. Anche la merce mi è sembrata sporca, di bassa qualità e troppo cara. È un posto che sconsiglio. Secondo me se continua così chiude. L'educazione ed il rispetto sono la base della vita e del lavoro. Dopo aver telefonato per avere certezza che nel consegnare dell'abbigliamento non ci fossero problemi, arrivati davanti al banco consegne si legge il cartello "Non si ritirano pantaloni maschili e femminili"; nel presentare una giacca ci si sente dire: "Non prendiamo abbigliamento formale". Benissimo, nulla da discutere in merito, ma costava tanta fatica far presente al telefono che c'erano delle limitazioni, evitando così ai clienti di tornarsene a casa carichi come muli perché non avevano potuto vendere quasi nulla di ciò che avevano portato - cosa che poi è effettivamente successa a diverse persone che se ne sono andate brontolando?
