★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, ho effettuato un acquisto a fine novembre con l intento di regalarlo dopo natale... La commessa mi ha tratto in inganno dicendomi che nel caso non fosse andato bene l'avrei potuto cambiare senza problemi anche a gennaio purché il cartellino fosse integro. Ieri la persona a cui ho fatto il regalo è andata ad effettuare il cambio data la taglia sbagliata ma dapprima le è stato detto di no dicendo che erano già trascorsi 30 giorni ( a me non era stato detto così) poi dopo aver spiegato la situazione è stato concesso il cambio vincolante cioè solo con lo stesso capo d'abbigliamento di cui tra l'altro era terminata la taglia che serviva. In conclusione il cambio non è stato fatto. Voglio solo sottolineare l'atteggiamento scortese della commessa e che per colpa sua ho fatto una pessima figura
