L'idea di base del locale è anche carina, peccato che non abbiano idea di come realizzarla. Per entrare la prima volta è necessario creare una tessera per cui ti schedano come un ricercato per la modica cifra di 2 euro, da qui diventi socio (?) e potrai godere di fantomatici benefici che neanche i gestori conoscono. I prezzi dei cocktail e degli altri prodotti sono decisamente esagerati per quello che offrono, per non parlare del fatto che durante l'ultima sciagurata visita in questo locale (a distanza di pochi giorni dalla precedente in cui l'aveva pagata 3) una ragazza del nostro tavolo si è vista chiedere 5 euro per una bottiglietta di vetro di CocaCola, alla richiesta di spiegazioni la cameriera ci dice che da adesso per queste bevande analcoliche la prima consumazione (???) viene 5 euro, sarà uno dei famosi benefici della suddetta tessera? FOLLIA! Inoltre il personale è altamente incompetente e TUTTE le volte che siamo stati qui ci sono stati errori nell'emissione dello scontrino, cocktail in più messi in conto, resto datoci sbagliato, ecc. Mi dispiace essermi dilungato così per descrivere tutti gli errori macroscopici e non poter descrivere anche tutti gli errori minori. Assolutamente da evitare!!! Simply disastrous! Also the staff are highly incompetent and EVERY time we have been here there have been errors in issuing the receipt, extra cocktails being charged, change given to us wrong, etc. I am sorry that I have gone so far in describing all the macroscopic errors and not being able to describe all the minor errors. Siamo arrivati alle 20.00 con dei bambini, alle 20.30 loro hanno ordinato e alle 22.00 ancora non mangavanp mentre tutti noi abbiamo già finito. Nonostante avessimo sollecitato più volte nessuno ha preso in considerazione i bambini. Sono andato a chiedere spiegazioni in cucina e l unica cosa che hanno saputo rispondere é "Poi vediamo che possiamo fare". alle 23 anno portato pizze a caso che non c'entravano niente con le ordinazioni. il cibo pessimo le pizze marherite con il parmigiano sopra senza averlo chiesto, patatine ordinate con porsioni nettamente differenti. Insomma é un posto che consiglierei solo al peggior nemico really nice place, spectacular live music, for the rest BAD !!!!!! Abbiamo fatto un apericena tra amici e siamo stati benissimo. Il personale gentile e veloce, il tagliere che ci hanno portato, così come le pinse, erano di ottima qualità. Abbiamo preso del buon vino e poi dei COCKTAIL STREPITOSI. Mai assaggiato cocktail così particolari. Ho preso il PEPERUN, vi assicuro una bontà!! Ci tornerò di sicuro e vi consiglio di andare prima che finisca l'estate... L'URBAN GARDEN merita proprio!!! Bravi? A place that pleasantly surprised me, highly recommended !! Abbiamo provato ad assaggiare un dolce fritto di cocco e cioccolato, e del cioccolato nemmeno l ombra. Dopo tutto questo ci ritroviamo in cassa per pagare e mi ritrovo a spendere 24 euro, quando il conto fatto era palesemente più alto rispetto ai prezzi sul menù, ma pur di non contestare, uno 2 euro glieli regala senza fare storie. Naturalmente soldi guadagnati in più oggi, soldi persi per un futuro.
