L’ideale per chi come me lavora e ha poco tempo per dedicarsi alla cura di se stesso ma sopratutto per chi non vuole pensare a nulla, neppure all’accappatoio da portarsi dietro, perché, difatti, neppure quello serve. Soluzione molto efficiente ed efficace anche per chi ha problemi di schiena, sedute specifiche e mirate per raggiungere obiettivi precisi. Ne vale davvero la pena! Provato e Consigliato ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience! For 30 minutes I struggled and I am exhausted as if I had been training for hours. Personale cordiale e professionale, ambiente pulito ed igienizzato dopo ogni allenamento. Spogliatoio personale dotato di doccia, shampoo, doccia schiuma e deodoranti pulito e profumato. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole vivere un nuovo modo di allenamento. P.s. durante la prova sono stato seguito da Pierpaolo……top ???? Io ho 62 anni e sono molto... in sovrappeso ? quindi un soggetto non proprio semplice da gestire! Attenti a tutte le mie esigenze ma regalandomi dopo un mese già 4 chili in meno. Da provare sicuramente! Excellent experience. Hospitality, professionalism, personalized activity with excellent results, friendliness of the whole team which does not hurt. I am 62 years old and I am very ... overweight ? therefore not an easy subject to manage! Attentive to all my needs but giving me 4 kilos less after a month. Definitely to try!

Giá dalla prova avevo avuto una bellissima percezione dell’ambiente, estremamente pulito, e soprattutto del personale, un team fantastico, scrupoloso, attento e soprattutto professionale. È un mese e mezzo che frequento questa palestra e ad ogni lezione sono sempre più contenta di questo tipo di allenamento, intenso ed efficace. Che dire estremamente soddisfatta. I recommend Urban Fitness to all those who have little time available, but want to keep fit and train. In primis ho apprezzato l'estrema attenzione a tutte le norme igienico-sanitarie, la pulizia degli ambienti e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Cominciato l'allenamento, dopo una prima valutazione dello stato fisico, tutto è stato spiegato in modo chiaro e sono stata seguita costantemente. Spogliatoi personali e dotati di tutti i comfort. Sempre attenti alla pulizia degli spogliatoi e dei luoghi comuni. Personal trainer qualificati e attenti alle singole esigenze. Personalmente ho avuto la fortuna di iniziare questo percorso con Mario ed in pochi mesi sono riuscito ad ottenere i risultati cercati che fino ad oggi dopo anni di palestra tradizionale non ero riuscito ad ottenere.
