E	Enza Foro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La merce è buona, di buona qualità ma a parer mio hanno poca attenzione verso il cliente, in quanto su due ordini (due paia di stivali) uno era perfettamente imballato con carte, buste anche se senza scatolo mentre l'altro senza nulla solo la busta fuori del negozio, come se fosse stato preso dalla vetrina e spedito. Lo consiglio perché la merce è buona ma mi dispiace che ci sia poca attenzione da parte del personale. The goods are good, of good quality but in my opinion they have little attention to the customer, as on two orders (two pairs of boots) one was perfectly packed with papers, envelopes even if without a box while the other without anything only the envelope outside the store, as if it was taken from the window and shipped. I recommend it because the goods are good but I regret that there is little attention from the staff.

Procedo. Da li inizia l’odissea. Dopo diversi contatti telefonici (alla quale non ho mai ricevuto risposta), via mail e tramite instagram, in data 06/05 mi viene detto: “..in questo caso provvederemo a farti fare il rimborso appena sarà possibile poiché non ce ne occupiamo noi personalmente di effettuare bonifici”. In data 10/05 mi viene detto “Questione di giorni e verrà fatto il bonifico”. Da li in poi NESSSUNA RISPOSTA. Scrivo e chiamo tutti i giorni ma nessuno mai mi risponde. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare su questo sito. Non si lavora così. Questo è sinonimo di poca professionalità e scarsa attenzione al cliente. Mi è arrivato un jeans di un colore diverso e di un modello diverso. Quindi hanno una strategia di vendita basata sul fatto che ti dicono preventivamente che potrebbero esserci LIEVI differenze tra i vari capi perché sono fatti a mano, ma poi realmente i capi risultano TOTALMENTE differenti rispetto a quanto ordinato. Quindi loro hanno venduto il capo d'abbigliamento e tu rimani fregato. Infatti non posso fare il reso perché provo a contattarli ma chiaramente non rispondono. Avrei dovuto tenere in considerazione le recensioni negative già presenti. Mai più. Shame. I bought a pair of vintage jeans.
