Fornitissima di attrezzature, pulita, personale veloce e risolutivo. Sono 10 anni che mi alleno a corpo libero e in questa palestra ho trovato tutto quello che cercavo con una qualità spaziale (c’è persino la dream machine e la postazione per braccio di ferro oltre al rack per lo Squat e la panca piana)
One of the best gyms for calisthenics in Italy.
Well stocked with equipment, clean, fast and resolute staff. I have been training bodyweight for 10 years and in this gym I found everything I was looking for with a spatial quality (there is even the dream machine and arm wrestling station in addition to the squat rack and flat bench press)
