★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza commesse davvero davvero poco “ simpatiche “ poco professionali una in particolare pessima ,piccola statura e ( nessuno e perfetto ) , ma dovrebbe cambiare mestiere il nome non hanno cartellino ma lei dovrebbe cambiare mestiere capelli corti ma a altri sarà capitato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio acquisti in questo negozio da tantissimi anni da quando c’era ancora Bernardi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto. Riesco sempre a trovare qualcosa di appetibile. Avrei dato 5 stelle se non fosse per il fatto che trovo le commesse molto altezzose, mai un sorriso! Spesso sono li che discutono tra di loro su problematiche interne senza curarsi che il cliente è li che aspetta e che ascolta le loro vicissitudini. Mi è capitato personalmente di essere in fila in cassa e la commessa di turno invece di salutarmi e farmi accomodare al banco mi abbia fatto un grugnone tipo ehhhm con la faccia scocciata perché aspettavo che la cliente precedente si spostasse ovviamente in tempo di covid cerco di stare attenta! Pessima esperienza e staff pessimo!
I have been shopping in this shop for many years since Bernardi was still there. The value for money is right. I always manage to find something palatable. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I find the orders very haughty, never a smile! They are often there who discuss internal issues among themselves without caring that the customer is there waiting and listening to their vicissitudes. I personally happened to be in line at the cashier and the saleswoman on duty instead of greeting me and making me sit at the counter gave me a grunt like ehhhm with an annoyed face because I was waiting for the previous customer to move obviously in covid time I try to stay be careful! Bad experience and bad staff!
