I will not go back to this shop, they made me difficult for anything, even to use the blukids points card as it is not made at their point of sale. Nervous and grumpy staff, and thank goodness it's just Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza in questo negozio la mattina del 29 marzo. Cassiera scontrosa e inesperta, ho chiesto lo scontrino cortesia e non hanno saputo farlo. Dovrò consegnare con il regalo lo scontrino con il prezzo, inammissibile. Non aveva inoltre la possibilità di spillare la busta.
Ma se ci fosse stato un sorriso, una parola di scuse, certo non avrei recensito.
Invece dico solo una cosa, in questo periodo ci si dovrebbe ritenere fortunati di avere ancora un lavoro... E invece......
Bad experience in this shop on the morning of March 29th. Grumpy and inexperienced cashier, I asked for a courtesy receipt and they didn't know how to do it. I will have to deliver the receipt with the price, which is inadmissible. He also did not have the opportunity to tap the envelope.

Ho preso una maglietta con il 20% di sconto (c'era il bollino spillato all'etichetta) ma al momento del pagamento mi hanno chiesto il prezzo pieno; quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato risposto che il bollino dello sconto era stato attaccato per errore.
Dressing rooms closed with no explanation during the sales, you have to buy the stuff without trying it. I took a t-shirt with a 20% discount (there was a sticker stapled on the label) but at the time of payment they asked me for the full price; when I asked for an explanation, I was told that the discount sticker had been attached by mistake.
