Le gomme mi sono arrivate dopo 20 giorni dal pagamento dalla Germania tramite corriere brt. Causa questo lungo tempo di attesa li ho contattati tramite email e mi hanno risposto subito. Lo consiglio solo se non avete fretta, i tempi indicati sul sito non sono rispettati. E.commerce in drop-shipping. So they have no warehouse and rely on foreign wholesalers. Dopo 1500 km sono ovalizzate.. 3 gomme si riescono a usare caricandele con tantissimi pesi.. 1 è completamente inutilizzabile... Quello che mi da più fastidio è non riuscire a comunicare con loro... Sono un e-commerce che lavora in dropshipping, questo significa che NON HANNO un magazzino o una sede vera e propria. NUMERO DI TRACKING NON DISPONIBILE neanche dopo 10 giorni e ovviamente dopo l'acquisto per risponderti alle email ci mettono sempre più tempo, dato che un numero per il serivizo clienti è inesistente! L'ORDINE NON ARRIVA IN UN UNICO COLLO (visto le altre recensioni non sono stata l'unica) chiedendoti chissà se mai arriveranno anche gli altri pneumatici o mi sono presa una bella fregatura, visto che poi spariscono per giorni.Non parliamo poi di come era l'imballaggio di entrambi i colli. I prezzi sono piu bassi rispetto ad altri siti semplicemente per attirare clienti ma quando stai per fare il pagamento ti aggiungono il contributo smaltimento PFU?! Quali sarebbero i vantaggi di questo pseudosito per vendita pneumatici se poi non sai mai dov'è il tuo ordine, non sai in che stato e quando arriveranno e non hanno neanche un numero per il servizio clienti.
