Il posto in cui vivono le galline, produttrici di uova freschissime,é straordinario,in una zona nei pressi di Castel del Monte e,in mezzo ad una natura limpida e, ad un'aria, la più pura possibile! Sono tutte galline, nutrite con mangimi naturali, vegetali e,vivono e,razzolano,tutto il giorno all'aperto, sull'erba e,sul terreno, beccando,in più, ciò che trovano in giro. Qui,in quest'Azienda, le galline, sono tantissime, a migliaia e,sono tutte selezionate e raggruppate, per razze, in enormi capannoni. Ma,l'Azienda, non rifornisce solamente le uova,al punto-vendita e,a periodi, si possono trovare:carne, legumi, funghi, formaggi, ortaggi, verdure, uova di Quaglia, di Tacchino, di Oca.Ci sono anche uova con due tuorli, ma costano di più, chiaramente!I prezzi delle uova,variano, infatti, a seconda della taglia delle loro fertili produttrici. Certo, in tale allevamento, le galline, sono del valore particolare e,il loro uovo,quindi, non possa risultare, che salutare:mai,così direttamente:dal produttore, al consumatore!
