Ho avuto solo una risposta di un secondo e poi la chiamata è terminata, come se qualcuno rispondesse e buttasse giù la cornetta. Ho avuto conferma, mi avevano buttato giù la cornetta, oggi li ho richiamati e mi hanno risposto pressochè subito. Non sono molto pazienti con le persone, infatti neanche il tempo di segnarmi un recapito che mi avevano chiuso in faccia il telefono. Mi stupisce comunque una cosa del genere, data l'importanza dell'ateneo stesso. I tried to contact them for a clarification through their contact details, in the working hours, but I was unable to speak to anyone. I only got a one second answer and then the call ended, as if someone answered and knocked down the phone. I had confirmation, they had thrown the phone down, today I called them back and they answered me almost immediately. They are not very patient with people, in fact not even the time to write down an address that they had closed the phone in my face. However, such a thing amazes me, given the importance of the university itself.

Tutti gli uffici in Italia sono aperti e sono organizzati per essere aperti. Al telefono non risponde nessuno , alle mail neanche. è disservizio totale che il cittadino non merita in alcun modo. Gli studenti e le famiglie sono completamente abbandonati a se stessi Bad service. In the meantime, it is not clear why the secretariat is closed to the public. All offices in Italy are open and are organized to be open. No one answers the phone, not even emails. it is a total disservice that the citizen does not deserve in any way. Students and families are completely left to fend for themselves

Dopo 10 chiamate e 20 minuti di attesa sono riuscito a parlare con un impiegato che dopo 30 secondi mi ha rimesso in attesa per altri 10 minuti. In un momento come questo avere un servizio telefonico efficace sarebbe una richiesta penso più che normale. Scandalous. Calling is never answered and you are redirected to a toll-free number. After 10 calls and 20 minutes of waiting I was able to speak to an employee who after 30 seconds put me back on hold for another 10 minutes. At a time like this, having an effective telephone service would be a more than normal request.
