Per evitare di dover lavorare il venerdì si sono inventati la necessità di ricevere su appuntamento, che può essere prenotato soltanto entro le 13:00, tramite "web" (modalità non meglio precisata) il giorno prima. Tanto per assicurarsi che se ti presenti il venerdì mattina senza che abbiano nulla da fare, possano comunque respingerti.
 They "work" four days a week. To avoid having to work on Fridays, they have invented the need to receive by appointment, which can only be booked by 13:00, via the "web" (unspecified method) the day before. Just to make sure that if you show up on Friday morning without them having anything to do, they can still reject you.

Pray that you never need these individuals. Rude, incompetent, unable to do their job and answer your questions if and when they will deign to answer you. A pity that maps does not give the possibility to give a number below 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Personale maleducato ed incompetente. Non sanno rispondere alle tue domande, ti trattano male e per una loro negligenza danno la colpa a te. Purtroppo Mi è capitato due volte ti aver a che fare con un signore il quale mi ha solo fatto perdere tempo creando più confusione, e mi ha trattata come un cane. Unipd dovrebbe revisionare il personale della segreteria. Neanche una stella darei se potessi.
Bad. Rude and incompetent staff. They don't know how to answer your questions, they treat you badly and they blame you for their negligence. Unfortunately it happened to me twice that you had to deal with a gentleman who only made me waste time creating more confusion, and treated me like a dog. Unipd should review the secretarial staff. Not a star I would give if I could.
