L	Luca Pellacani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Code infinite e nonostante le code a volte con richiesta di prendere il numero e a volte no inspiegabilmente gli studenti universitari (che hanno molto più tempo a disposizione di un lavoratore o professionista) la possono saltare entrando direttamente. Poco personale dal fare molto schietto forse dovuto alla grande affluenza. Scontistica per libri nuovi a fronte di quelli usati non è sempre competitiva con la grande distribuzione. Endless queues and despite the queues sometimes with a request to take the number and sometimes inexplicably not, university students (who have much more time available than a worker or professional) can skip it by entering directly. Not very personal and very frank perhaps due to the large turnout. Discounts for new books compared to used ones are not always competitive with large retailers.

Mi hanno fatto perdere un sacco di tempo e sono stato costretto ad ordinare i libri su Amazon d'urgenza perché il giorno prima dell'inizio della scuola non c'era neanche un libro. ( Mia figlia era l'unica della classe senza libri). PS. I libri li ho ordinati il 4 agosto dopo aver fatto alla libreria anche un bonifico con la caparra e mi hanno fatto aspettare fino all'ultimo giorno per dirmi che non c'era ancora neanche un libro. Con Amazon in due giorni mi è arrivato tutto. Ahhh..la caparra non me l'hanno data indietro. Unpolite and annoying staff. Unorganized library. They wasted me a lot of time and I was forced to order books on Amazon as a matter of urgency because there wasn't a single book the day before school started. (My daughter was the only one in the class without books). PS. I ordered the books on August 4th after making a bank transfer with the deposit to the bookshop and they made me wait until the last day to tell me that there wasn't even a book yet. With Amazon in two days I got it all. Ahhh .. the deposit was not given back to me.
G	Giorgia Baraldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché zero non si può dare,porto i libri in vendita e non mi viene rilasciato l'elenco dei libri che lascio in vendita,ordino quelli nuovi ed all'inizio della scuola ancora ne mancano 4,chiedo quando mi verranno i pagati i libri venduti e mi dicono ad Ottobre,ad Ottobre nessuno mi chiama e i primi di Novembre vado,perché al telefono non rispondono mai,e mi dicono che serve l'iban perché pagano con bonifico lascio l'iban..siamo ai primi di Dicembre,ancora niente bonifico ripasso..sla risposta è..sollecitiamo!!Mai più.. L	Luisa Nicoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco gentile esperienza da non ripetere si ha sempre l impressione di scocciare, per non parlare che in due anni di tutti i libri delle 3 classi medie tenuti benissimo ne hanno venduti solo 3,mentre quando li ho comprati a me hanno rifilato libri vecchi rotti e senza materiale aggiuntivo, 100 volte meglio la coop almeno fanno quello che dicono Unkind staff an experience not to be repeated you always have the impression of annoying, not to mention that in two years of all the books of the 3 well-kept middle classes they only sold 3, while when I bought them they trimmed old broken books and with no additional material, 100 times better the coop at least do what they say

Non molto fornita di cancelleria e commessi un po' lenti, sconsiglio di mettersi in fila se si ha fretta. Well-stocked library of university texts. Shop assistants help you find the books you need. Not very stocked with stationery and a bit slow shop assistants, I do not recommend queuing up if you are in a hurry.
