Right in the center of Frattamaggiore, a nice Benetton shop for both adults and children. I found the orders very friendly.

Ho notato buona volontà ed educazione da parte della commessa ma a volte è stata anche fuori luogo nel fare commenti che nulla centravano riguardo il lavoro che stava facendo, penso che non ci sia una formazione e quindi emerge il pressapochismo. Nel complesso non è male, ma neanche eccezionale.
Little stocked. Definitely a declining brand. I noticed good will and education on the part of the saleswoman but at times she was also out of place in making comments that had nothing to do with the work she was doing, I think there is no training and therefore carelessness emerges. Overall it's not bad, but not great either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo negozio. Personale scostumato,non conoscono le leggi e le applicano a modo loro. Non mi hanno voluto effettuare un cambio nonostante fossero una Benetton aziendale. Mi sono informata e il cambio di poteva effettuare. Una commessa mi ha risposto in malo modo e quasi buttato l'articolo scorrettamente per farmelo prendere. Mi ha anche chiesto perché avessessi effettuato il cambio dove erano stati presi,non sono problemi suoi.
Negozio indecente.
Bad shop. Uncouth staff, they do not know the laws and apply them in their own way. They didn't want me to change despite being a corporate Benetton. I inquired and the change could be made. A saleswoman replied badly and almost threw the article wrongly to make me take it. He also asked me why I made the change where they were picked up, not his problem.
Indecent shop.

This evening, I had to purchase a navy blue skirt for my daughter’s Christmas recital, without my daughter being there to try it, the lady sold me the correct size. ( My toddler is tall and slender.)
