I went to the Bassano del Grappa underwear shop, there was so much incompetence and rudeness that it is not even worth talking about. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai trovate commesse così, meglio arrangiarsi di gran lunga. Specialmente la signora mora con gli occhiali, di una saccenza infinita. E non è la prima volta, è capitato a me e mia moglie di vedere la stessa commessa trattare malissimo una povera ragazza che era in prova qualche tempo fa. Le persone più incompetenti sono quelle che puntano il dito per prime. Nel dubbio, non ci torno più e non lo raccomando a nessuno.
Never have you found orders like this, better to get by far. Especially the dark-haired lady with glasses, of infinite wisdom. And it's not the first time, it has happened to me and my wife to see the same saleswoman treat very poorly a poor girl who was on probation some time ago. The most incompetent people are the ones who point the finger first. If in doubt, I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato nel negozio Benetton intimo a Bassano del Grappa per spendere un buono fedeltà, ho trovato tre commesse una più sgarbata dell'altra. Non hanno neppure alzato gli occhi , mi parlavano guardando un foglio. Sono uscita senza acquistare nulla. Non ci andrò mai più e tanto meno lo raccomando a qualcuno. Personale altamente maleducato!!!!!!! Peccato dover mettere una stella, avrebbero meritato lo zero assoluto.
I went to the Benetton intimate shop in Bassano del Grappa to spend a loyalty voucher, I found three orders, one more rude than the other. They didn't even look up, they talked to me looking at a paper. I went out without buying anything. I will never go there again, much less recommend it to anyone. Highly rude staff !!!!!!! Too bad having to put a star, they deserved absolute zero.
