★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' un ambiente giovane e dinamico dove si da valore alle persone ma soprattutto si investe sulle buone idee, oltre che sulle capacità professionali.
In Unitec non mi sono mai sentito solo un numero, un dipendente in più,
ho cercato in diverse occasioni di esporre le mie idee e sono stato sempre ascoltato, questa cosa non la darei per scontata!!! (non tutte le aziende sono pronte ad ascoltare le idee dei propri dipendenti, parlo per esperienza diretta passata...ma lasciamo perdere, questa riflessione meriterebbe un'altra recensione, altro contesto, altra azienda).
Unitec è gestita in modo informale ed è fondata su valori a mio parere importanti che ti aiutano a vivere l'azienda con lo spirito giusto!!
Si lavora per obiettivi più o meno complessi e lo spirito di squadra (team giovane) è la vera forza, c'è molta collaborazione tra colleghi...
Una cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è l' orario lavorativo, se fosse flessibile permetterebbe una gestione migliore della vita privata/lavoro,
8 ore al giorno non standardizzate 8.30-17.30 ma con la possibilità di fare orari diversificati , ad esempio 9.00-18.00 piuttosto che 8.00-17.00.

In Unitec I never felt like just one number, one more employee,
I have tried on several occasions to expose my ideas and have always been listened to, this thing I would not take for granted !!! (not all companies are ready to listen to the ideas of their employees, I speak from direct past experience ... but forget it, this reflection deserves another review, another context, another company).
Unitec is managed informally and is based on values that in my opinion are important to help you live the company in the right spirit !!
We work for more or less complex objectives and the team spirit (young team) is the real strength, there is a lot of collaboration between colleagues ...
One thing that could be improved is working hours, if it were flexible it would allow better management of private life / work,
8 hours a day not standardized 8.30-17.30 but with the possibility of making different hours, for example 9.00-18.00 rather than 8.00-17.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato a lavorare in Unitec subito dopo la laurea e siccome vivevo in un'altra città mi hanno anche aiutato per la mia prima sistemazione.
Per questioni personali ho dovuto lasciare per riavvicinarmi a casa, mi è dispiaciuto perché mi trovavo proprio bene! Non riesco proprio a capire le recensioni non positive che leggo...mah!
I started working in Unitec immediately after the degree and since I lived in another city they also helped me for my first accommodation.
For personal reasons I had to leave to get closer to home, I was sorry because I was just fine! I just can't understand the bad reviews I read ... well!

ho lavorato per qualche mese e sono scappata a gambe tese.. già al. primo colloquio la domanda a che segno zodiacale appartenevo mi sembrava fuori luogo..poi lavoravo con un'agenzia e pretendevano che facesse straordinari che non venivano pagati.... C'era un gruppo. di lavoro che invece di confrontarsi e aiutarsi facevano la gara a raccontare menzogne.

I worked for a few months and ran away with legs stretched out .. already at. first interview the question to which zodiac sign I belonged seemed out of place .. then I worked with an agency and they demanded that he work overtime that was not paid .... There was a group. of work that instead of confronting and helping each other competed to tell lies.
