Ho affittato casa a dicembre 2020,sita a Tremestieri Etneo in via Marletta n 5, e ho dovuto lasciarla a febbraio 2021, quindi due mesi dopo perché la casa si è presentata in condizioni inagibili (foto annesse). La casa dopo meno di un mese ha iniziato a presentare infiltrazioni d'acqua, umidità, freddo gelido in quanto le porte non ben coibentate e tutto ciò ha creato danni alla nostra salute. Per affittare questa casa abbiamo dovuto dare 600 euro a questa agenzia, 1000 euro di caparra in contanti e 500 euro per la locazione del mese di dicembre, per un totale di 2100. Il proprietario non si è mai fatto presente, né per vedere casa né per migliorare la situazione e non rispondeva neanche alle chiamate. L'unica cosa che ha saputo dirci è che non vuole impegni e pensieri, tanto che non si è presentato neanche alla disdetta del contratto, ma ho trovato il foglio già firmato e solo la segretaria dell'agenzia. È stato un'esperienza che mi ha stravolto, che ha fatto perdere soldi e salute a me e al mio compagno. Quindi scrivo questa recensione per mettere in allarme semmai dovesse avere a che fare con queste persone, sperando innanzitutto che non la rimettano in affitto in quelle condizioni. Ovviamente abbiamo perso tutti i soldi, compresi quelli della caparra.. E abbiamo deciso di non procedere legalmente solo perché siamo dei signori. Purtroppo non si possono allegare le foto, ma credetemi che l'abbiamo lasciata dopo solo due mesi perché era impossibile viverci. I begin by saying that I give a star because you can't get less.
