Rendono l'allenamento unico come ogni singola persona. P	Pantaleo Palazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato costante, non ho perso un giorno di palestra ho seguito la dieta della dottoressa Giovanna bufo(è una dieta equilibrata, ben combinata fra carboidrati e proteine che ti fa arrivare a fine giornata senza attacchi di fame) e i risultati gli ho ottenuti. sono dimagrito 16 kg e ho perso tanti cm. il personale è presente e costante sullo svolgimento degli esercizi. un altro vantaggio della palestra é che si accede con un numero ristretto di partecipanti e il tutto consente di avere macchinari e attrezzi a propria disposizione senza lunghe attese fra un esercizio e l'altro I have been constant, I have not lost a day at the gym, I followed the diet of Dr. Giovanna bufo (it is a balanced diet, well combined between carbohydrates and proteins that makes you arrive at the end of the day without hunger attacks) and I got the results. Un ambiente sano e persone genuine a partire dai proprietari , gli istruttori e finire alle segretarie.
