Giulio... col Passare del tempo ho trovato la loro strategia di marketing incoerente con il servizio offerto dal primo contratto permettendo che non ho mai fatto incidenti! Ho avuto un piccolo problema con un furto dentro la Mia auto vetro spaccato e dei piccoli danni alla carrozzeria ! il vetro sono riuscito a sistemare , la carrozzeria no perché secondo la signora il ladro doveva lasciarmi la loro targa e quando l’ho chiesto del fondo vittime per la strada non era al Corrente o Meglio non voleva darmi più dettagli l’ho trovata poco professionale, è poco disponibile! Ho deciso di cambiare Assicurazione perché non c’è nessun vantaggio paghi sempre lo stesso nonostante la tua classe di merito scala, ti fanno aggiungere altri prodotti assicurativi per risparmiare secondo loro ma è una fregatura visto che ti mettono la voce rinnovo tacito ! Senza dare la facoltà di ogni cliente di decidere di rinnovarla come RCA ! Adesso mi ritrovo a pagare per un altro anno una assicurazione inutile . Attualmente causa COVID ricevono solo per appuntamento, con tutte le precauzioni: pannelli trasparenti fra cliente e agente, gel disinfettante all'ingresso e sanificazione del pos dopo ogni uso. A causa delle norme anti Covid19 sono state purtroppo installate in ufficio delle barriere divisorie di sicurezza in plexiglass fra i clienti e le impiegate. In caso di presenza contemporanea di più clienti tali barriere rendono quasi impossibile comprendere quanto viene detto da entrambe le parti. Staff always courteous, competent and helpful. Due to the anti Covid19 regulations, plexiglass safety dividers have unfortunately been installed in the office between customers and employees.
