★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recato più volte presso qs agenzia per fare una polizza assicurativa auto mai mandato alcun preventivo. Credo sarò stato da loro una decina di volte per sollecitare e hanno sempre risposto che entri sera avrei ricevuto il preventivo. Risultato è arrivata la data e l'arrivo della nuova macchina e dopo quasi 2 mesi da loro il nulla. Fatta da un'altra parte! Evidentemente a loro lavorare non piace molto !
I went several times to this agency to make an auto insurance policy, never sent a quote. I think I have been to them a dozen times to solicit and they have always replied that I would receive an estimate by the evening. Result came the date and arrival of the new machine and after almost 2 months from them nothing. Made somewhere else! Obviously they don't like working very much!

Si ricerca la miglior agenzia assicurativa spesso quando è troppo tardi... il danno è già fatto o imminente. Questo mi sembra sufficiente.
? In risposta all'Agenzia:
Nessuno mi ha chiesto di lasciare un recapito, né mail, né tanto meno il numero di telefono.
Mi è stato chiesto di lasciare la Carta d'identità e il CF e che non siete in grado dai vostri sistemi di accedere ai miei dati.
Quello che se n'è andato è il Sig. che stava in ufficio dicendomi che non poteva fare nulla, e di chiamare il servizio clienti perché non avete dei contatti dedicati. Per questo me ne sono andato. Le cose raccontiamole come sono andate, distorcerle è poco carino.

Nobody asked me to leave an address, no email, much less a telephone number.
I have been asked to leave the ID card and the CF and that you are not able from your systems to access my data.
The one who left is Mr. who was in the office telling me he couldn't do anything, and to call customer service because you don't have dedicated contacts. That's why I left. Let's tell things how they went, distorting them is not very nice.
