★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever talking to the operator. Put us on hold, only for the phone to cut out. Took us several attempts to reconnect only to be greeted by an aggressive and unhelpful operator who at that time decided to let us know the taxi had arrived and then asked us for how many people were getting in the taxi. Immediately cutting off the phone thereafter
Wouldn’t recommend, however they do speak English and might be the only taxi service in the whole city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing I noticed with all taxi drivers is they're not the friendliest. Every single one of them were grumpy and a bit rude, also they don't speak English so for a tourist makes it difficult to even get one. When in Verona don't bother with taxis unless you really need it.
