★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotto non conforme alle prestazioni dichiarate. Pessimo servizio di assistenza e come al solito "risoluzione" del problema a carico del cliente quando il problema è stato creato da loro immettendo sul mercato un prodotto con caratteristiche diverse da quelle affermate. Meglio sicuramente andare su altre ditte più affidabili (con prodotti nettamente migliori) e propense alla risoluzione dei problemi. Data la mia pessima esperienza sconsiglierò a tutti i colleghi costruttori l'acquisto di tali prodotti.
Product does not conform to the declared performance. Bad customer service and as usual "resolution" of the problem by the customer when the problem was created by them by placing on the market a product with characteristics other than those stated. Definitely better to go to other companies that are more reliable (with much better products) and prone to problem solving. Given my bad experience I will advise against the purchase of these products to all fellow builders.
