Da contratto si puó avere rimborso entro 14 giorni in caso di ripensamento ma loro non lo sanno e quindi non lo effettuano ! Non comprerò piú Stay away, no after-sales assistance better to buy from the internet. By contract you can have a refund within 14 days in case of change of mind but they do not know it and therefore do not do it! I will not buy anymore

Lo consiglio vivamente per qualsiasi acquisto. I went there with my wife for a simple walk but we discovered serious and prepared people, tidy and clean environment. I highly recommend it for any purchase.

Sono un cliente Wind e grazie alla disponibilità del commesso del settore (Giovanni mi pare..) ho risolto il problema che avevo. Ciò che mi ha impressionato positivamente è stato il tempo dedicatomi nonostante il buon numero di clienti, a dimostrazione che si può lavorare proficuamente anche mantenendo inalterata la cortesia e.. la simpatia (che non guasta mai!). Bravi, continuate così! I was there on my recent vacation and I found competence and professionalism on the part of those who worked there .. I am a Wind customer and thanks to the availability of the salesman in the sector (Giovanni I think ..) I solved the problem I had. What impressed me positively was the time dedicated to me despite the good number of customers, demonstrating that you can work profitably while maintaining courtesy and friendliness (which never hurts!). Well done, keep it up!

Una signora (penso sia la direttrice) mi ha fatto pagare anticipatamente i prodotti, come metodo di pagamento ho effettuato un bonifico e in più anche ISTANTANEO, per cui 15€ in più. Dopo tutto ciò e dopo aver portato SOPRATTUTTO la ricevuto dell’avvenuto pagamento effettuato dalla mia banca, la signora non ha voluto darmi i prodotti. Quindi hanno voluto il pagamento anticipato e se non prima arriva sul loro conto, non mi davano i MIEI PRODOTTI ORMAI ACQUISTATI e ripeto con TANTO DI RICEVUTA firmata da me e dal direttore della mia banca, dunque sapevano che erano stati pagati, dovevano solo aspettare i tempi del passaggio. Sono passata in tarda serata e hanno fatto finta che il bonifico non fosse arrivato, ripeto anche qui: il bonifico era stato fatto in modalità ISTANTANEA per cui dopo 2/3 ore al massimo, avrebbero avuto i loro soldi. NIENTE. NON COMPRERÒ MAI PIÙ IN QUESTO PUNTO VENDITA. Mi sento solo TRUFFATA! NOT RECOMMENDED. Absolutely do not buy here. A lady (I think she is the director) made me pay for the products in advance, as a payment method I made a bank transfer and also INSTANT, for which € 15 more. After all this and ESPECIALLY having brought the receipt of the payment made by my bank, the lady did not want to give me the products. So they wanted the advance payment and if it does not arrive first on their account, they would not give me MY PRODUCTS NOW PURCHASED and I repeat with A LOT OF RECEIPT signed by me and by the manager of my bank, so they knew that they had been paid, they just had to wait for the times of passage. I passed in the late evening and they pretended that the transfer had not arrived, I repeat here too: the transfer was done in INSTANT mode so after 2/3 hours at most, they would have their money. NOTHING. I WILL NEVER BUY AT THIS POINT OF SALE AGAIN. I just feel scammed!
