Negozio piccolo, non sempre si trova tutto ma tanto personale presente e disponibile. Ho acquistato più volte. Good deals, sometimes even the cheapest. Ho acquistato una lavatrice da loro, una volta provata a casa scopro a mio malgrado che fa troppo rumore e che NON ha rispettato la prestazione silenziosa promessa dalla venditrice! Allora torno in negozio e chiedo che venga cambiata o sostituta(come prevede la legge in termini di diritto di garanzia e recesso) ma loro in maniera al quanto arrogante e per nulla professionale mi dicono che si rifiutano di sostituirla perché per loro non ha difetti cosa FALSA ed evidente dalla prestazione. Sconsiglio a tutti questo negozio, le commesse e le responsabili sono CAFONE MALEDUCATE E PER NULLA PROFESSIONALI. Avete perso una cliente. A mai più. Disastrous experience! I bought a washing machine from them, once I try it at home I discover to my will that it makes too much noise and that it has NOT respected the silent performance promised by the seller! So I go back to the shop and ask for it to be changed or replaced (as required by law in terms of the right of guarantee and withdrawal) but they, in an arrogant and unprofessional way, tell me that they refuse to replace it because it has no defects for them. FALSE and evident from the performance. I do not recommend this shop to everyone, the orders and managers are RUDE CAFONE AND FOR NOTHING PROFESSIONAL. You have lost a customer. To never again.

Alla richiesta di poter accendere un modello che ci interessava, ci siamo sentiti rispondere che i tablet non vengono accesi perché altrimenti si scaricano e li devono tutti ricaricare. Cosa che penso sia di routine in un negozio di elettrodomestici. E già qui ero sorpresa. Al nostro insistere, per poter valutare la qualità dell'immagine, di accendere il tablet, il venditore con sarcasmo mi ha detto: "Perché? Non hai mai visto un Samsung acceso?" Sinceramente sono rimasta sconcertata da questo trattamento. In altre catene di negozi le nostre richieste non sarebbero nemmeno servite. I prodotti sono accesi e vengono date tutte le informazioni che servono per valutare un acquisto. Abbiamo completato l'acquisto solo per il prezzo interessante dell'offerta altrimenti ce ne se saremmo andata all'istante. Good deals, but disappointed in the service.
