★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale impreparato, proposto una TV in reparto ad un prezzo scontato ma all'atto del pagamento risultava prezzo pieno perché pubblicizzata sul volantino. Nessuna scusa dell'addetto del reparto TV e tanto meno alla cassa.

DOCUMENTATEVI e poi iniziate a parlare con i clienti
 Unprepared staff, proposed a TV in the ward at a discounted price but at the time of payment it was full price because it was advertised on the flyer. No apologies from the TV department clerk, much less the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio di consegna penoso. Si paga subito e poi si è abbandonati a sé stessi. Sto aspettando una lavatrice da due settimane. Su Amazon l'avrei ricevuta dopo 2 giorni. Sono stata stupida ma mai mi sarei aspettata un servizio del genere. Aggiungo che ho sempre telefonato io, nessuno mi ha mai contattata. Mai più.
Painful delivery service. You pay immediately and then you are left to fend for yourself. I've been waiting for a washing machine for two weeks. On Amazon I would have received it after 2 days. I was stupid but I never expected such a service. I must add that I have always phoned, no one has ever contacted me. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il solito grande negozio di elettronica dove trovi di tutto, consiglio un po' più di attenzione del personale nel consigliare i ricambi universali, ho acquistato un carica batterie per laptop universale ma non andava bene per il mio pc (devo ammettere di essere stato poco attento anche io ma la persona che vende dovrebbe colmare le disattenzioni del cliente) restituito senza problemi e ricevuto un buono spesa di 6 mesi di durata.
the usual large electronics store where you can find everything, I recommend a little more attention from the staff in recommending universal spare parts, I bought a universal laptop charger but it was not good for my pc (I must admit I was not very careful me too but the person who sells should make up for the customer's carelessness) returned without problems and received a 6-month shopping voucher.
