Fatto sta che quando sono andato a utilizzarlo mi è stato detto che era scaduto. Nel 2020 eravamo in lockdown quindi come altre aziende hanno rinnovato il buono pensavo la stessa cosa, invece no la commessa e il Direttore me lo hanno preso, stracciato e buttato via senza farmi vedere la scadenza o se era effettivamente scaduto e con qualche dubbio rimasto. Fatto sta che loro si sono intascati 14 euro e io li ho persi!\| A year ago I had a voucher of around 14 euros. They didn't inform me of the expiration date. In 2020 we were in lockdown so as other companies renewed the voucher I thought the same thing, but no the order and the Director took it from me, tore it up and threw it away without showing me the expiration or if it had actually expired and with some doubts remained. The fact is that they pocketed 14 euros and I lost them!

Dopo un mese la consegna è passata da 15 a 45 giorni con il solito rimpallo di responsabilità tra Unieuro e il produttore dello smartphone. Affidabilità zero, acquistate su Amazon che vi da molte più garanzie. I ordered a smartphone from them with expected delivery within 15 days. After a month, the delivery went from 15 to 45 days with the usual responsibility reimbursement between Unieuro and the smartphone manufacturer. Zero reliability, buy on Amazon which gives you much more guarantees.

Anche il reparto elettrodomestici non è male. Il reparto film (blu-ray) e molto piccolo e praticamente inesistente ma ho notato che molti negozi stanno facendo questa scelta. I prezzi sono in linea con il resto dei altri negozi. Puoi comprare dal sito e farti recapitare il prodotto in negozio. Personale gentile e preparato che in questi negozi e sempre ben gradito specialmente per gli anziani e quelli poco tecnologici. Shop located in the "13" shopping center area with independent entrance. Modern and well-structured shop with a well-stocked cellphone and TV department. The appliances department is also not bad. The film department (blu-ray) is very small and practically non-existent but I have noticed that many shops are making this choice. The prices are in line with the rest of the other stores. You can buy from the site and have the product delivered to the store. Kind and knowledgeable staff who are always welcome in these shops, especially for the elderly and those with little technology.
