Maybe the annoying thing is if you arecl carrying a bag, a security guy will stop you to put everything in a bigger looked bag. It'll take a few seconds, but if you are in rush it'll be frustrating.

The management need to train them specifically how to approach polite way to customers.
Focus your customers not your iPhone.
We had an incident yesterday with one staff called ISURU speaking to another person by phone same time comanding us which is not professional at all.
So we left the Unieuro and we got very good customer service in Euronics galleria umberto.
We spend our 410 Euro for TV with higher satisfaction. ??
