r	roberto funghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluso,molto deluso per questo punto vendita (Monterotondo), ho ordinato un elettrodomestico mercoledi mattina 30 Agosto direttamente al negozio e un addetto alle vendite mi aveva confermato che ci volevano 3 giorni lavorativi per avere l'elettrodomestico ordinato e mi ha anche detto che lunedi 4 Settembre sarei stato contattato per la conferma della consegna. Mi sono fidato ed ho organizzato i miei spostamenti per restare libero il lunedi ma visto che non sono stato contattato da nessuno mi sono presentato nel pomeriggio di lunedi nuovamente al negozio chiedendo informazioni. La risposta del venditore è stata che l'ordine era stato inviato e che la merce era in arrivo presso il loro magazzino e che all'arrivo sarei stato contattato. Martedi 5 Agosto,visto che non mi contattava nessuno ho provato a chiamare io il negozio e sempre il venditore mi confermava che la merce era arrivata in magazzino e che passava la pratica al corriere che doveva consegnare e che sarei stato contattato dal corriere per i tempi di consegna ,quindi neanche Martedi ho avuto il mio odrine.Il mio ordine l'ho avuto solo oggi mercoledi 6 Settembre, l'unica nota positiva è stato il corriere, P.S. quando si dice ad un cliente una data, quella va rispettata, non basta la gentilezza nei modi ma serve anche professionalità. Disappointed, very disappointed for this store (Monterotondo), I ordered an appliance on Wednesday morning August 30th directly at the shop and a sales employee confirmed that it took 3 working days to have the appliance ordered and he also told me that on Monday September 4 I would have been contacted for confirmation of delivery. I trusted and organized my travels to stay free on Monday but since I was not contacted by anyone, I showed up on Monday afternoon again at the shop asking for information. The seller's response was that the order had been sent and that the goods were arriving at their warehouse and that I would be contacted on arrival. Tuesday 5 August, since no one contacted me, I tried to call the shop and the seller always confirmed that the goods had arrived in the warehouse and that they passed the paperwork to the courier who was to deliver and that I would be contacted by the courier for the times of delivery, so even Tuesday I had my odrine.My order I had it only today Wednesday 6 September, the only positive note was the courier, P.S. when you tell a client a date, that must be respected, kindness is not enough but professionalism is also needed.

Fanno di questa azienda un posto che consiglio vivamente. Chi segue le mie recensioni, sa bene che è la prima volta che uso queste meritate parole. CONSIGLIATO DA ME!!!! Apparently a small retailer, but the kindness, preparation and great availability and friendliness, combined with very competitive prices. They make this company a place that I highly recommend. Anyone who follows my reviews knows that this is the first time I have used these well-deserved words. RECOMMENDED BY ME !!!!

I didn't find any particular differences with other electronics "Superstores" but, on the whole, the staff is polite and knowledgeable.

Unieuro shop within the limits in the sense that it is really small if you compare it with the classic Unieuro shops. So you can't expect a great choice.

Ho dovuto portarlo da un riparatore,pagando 50 euro. Bad experience: bought used unifier a month. Then I took it back to the shop, with warranty but I didn't fix anything because it didn't work. I had to take it to a repairman, paying 50 euros.

L'ho riportato nel negozio per il cambio, ma!!! si sono rifiutati di sostituirlo, però lo hanno ritirato per mandarlo in assistenza. Dopo 7 giorni mi e' stato riconsegnato sempre non FUNZIONANTE!!!!! Mi sorge un dubbio... è stato mandato in assistenza o è rimasto chiuso in un cassetto??????? Absolutely bad experience! Together with a TV I bought a decoder unfortunately not working. I brought it back to the shop for change, but !!! they refused to replace it, but withdrew it to send it to assistance. After 7 days it was always returned to me not WORKING !!!!! I have a doubt ... was it sent for assistance or was it locked in a drawer ???????
