β β β β β Il Direttore Marco e' stato veramente gentilissimo, ma il punto e' che il suo servizio e' andato ben oltre a quello che ci si aspetta di solito per soddisfare appieno la richiesta del cliente. Tra l'altro mi ha aiutata per un ordine che gli avevo anticipato avrei fatto online, eppure, mi ha trattata come la migliore cliente al mondo. Fossero tutti come lui! GRAZIE!
(Chi risponde invece al nr verde di Unieuro dovrebbe frequentare corsi di customer care! e imparare da Marco!)
