Pago il prodotto vado a ritirarlo e mi fanno aspettare circa 30 minuti.Ho dovuto fare quattro solleciti , e quando son venuti a consegnare il prodotto ,un dipendente con la risata senza nemmeno chiedere scusa , alzava anche i toni e passava alle minacce.Mai più vedranno la mia presenza in quel negozio. Di sicuro acquisterò altri prodotti in questo negozio, a mio parere in provincia è quello più fornito e sempre al passo con i nuovi prodotti. La cassa ti rimanda in reparto,in reparto devi dare la caccia al commesso e quando ne trovi uno ti rimanda ad un altro perché non è il suo reparto. Alla fine dopo un'ora di "caccia al commesso", sono andata via ed ho effettuato l'acquisto online ovviamente non su Unieuro. Ieri per chiedere le bombole per il soda stream, stessa situazione,stessi tempi...per fortuna affianco c'è Kasanova che effettua il medesimo servizio in 5 minuti di orologio. Mai più! M	Mirko Petrucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto mettere una stella ma è anche troppo. Pessimo pessimo pessimo… Personale sgradevole, ignoranza ad alti livelli sia umanamente e professionalmente. Mi hanno venduto un Apple Watch da esposizione, senza dirmi che aveva delle funzionalità bloccate ed il touch screen non funzionante. Quando l’ho riportato indietro, il giorno seguente, ne hanno ordinato un altro identico. Dopo una settimana che è arrivato l’orologio in questione, hanno preteso che io pagassi la differenza di 140,00€, nonostante fosse lo stesso modello di quello che mi avevano venduto (non funzionante). Quando ho cercato di far notare l’incoerenza e l’ingiustizia, il responsabile mi ha risposto in malo modo, dicendo che a saperlo prima non mi avrebbe fatto lo sconto. La mia ragazza era presente e quando ha cercato di aggiungere anche lei dettagli tecnici sull’orologio da esposizione l’ha zittita in malo modo urlando. Alla fine ho dovuto pagare 50€, senza motivo (il modello era identico). Senza parole!!!! CONSIGLIO: NON ANDATECI, FATE GUADAGNARE A PERSONE PER BENE, ONESTE E SOPRATTUTTO CAPACI.
