Mi sono recata come da loro indicazione col mio pc e mi hanno venduto un carica batteria compatibile. Di fatto non lo è in quanto non ricarica il pc ma lo accende solamente. Riconsegnato dopo 2 giorni mi è stato detto: prima che non accettavano il reso, secondo che l assistanza della marca del mio pc indica a loro di vendere solo prodotti originali e non compatibili (e qui quindi non capisco perché me lo abbiano venduto come consigliato), terzo che avrei dovuto renderlo nella stessa giorno... quindi il reso è possibile... ma dovrebbero dirlo. Il prodotto se non difettoso non è comunque compatibile e un tecnico addetto alla vendita dovrebbe essere competente. Pessima l assistenza post vendita che non mi ha consentito ne il reso né il rimborso con mille scuse, tra cui anche manca l amministrazione... troppe cose discordanti che fanno mal pensare. Nemmeno mi hanno fornito i dati per effettuare un reclamo e nemmeno i dati del responsabile per privacy . Sconsiglio se serve assistenza tecnica. Ovviamente risolto rivolgendomi ad altro negozio buttando i soldi nel primo. I turned to the gabicce shop to buy a battery charger for a laptop. They did not even provide me with the data to make a complaint or the data of the privacy officer . I do not recommend if you need technical assistance. Obviously solved by turning to another shop and throwing money in the first one.
