SAYS IT COSTS € 20 MORE BECAUSE THE PROMOTION EXPIRED A PAIR OF DAYS AGO. YOU THINK YOU'RE LIKE ENOUGH, BUT PEOPLE ARE NOT SKEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vale la pena acquistare a Livigno in generale, e questo lo dovreste sapere giá tutti, ed in particolare qui in quanto le offerte speciali proposte dalla catena UNIEURO qui non sono tenute in considerazione. Puó capitare di acquistare un articolo senza IVA ad un prezzo totale piú alto del negozio di cittá, che applica l'IVA.
It is not worth buying in Livigno in general, and you should already know all of this, and in particular here, as the special offers proposed by the UNIEURO chain are not taken into consideration here. It can happen to purchase an item without VAT to a total price higher than the cities of store that charges VAT.

esattamente un anno fa ho acquistato un paio di airpods che dopo pochi mesi hanno smesso di funzionare, cosi sono andata in negozio munita di scontrino ed airpods ma si sono rifiutati di mandarmele in garanzia. Dopo quasi 6 mesi sono riuscita a inviarle presso un centro apple grazie ad un negozio che si è gentilmente offerto di sperdermele e , arrivate al centro riparazioni mi hanno riferito che i venditori mi avevano venduto airpods non Italiane senza nemmeno riferirmelo e che pur avendo la garanzia, ho dovuto pagarle di tasca mia per questo motivo.
Molto scortesi e per nulla disponibili.

exactly one year ago I bought a pair of airpods which stopped working after a few months, so I went to the shop with a receipt and airpods but they refused to send them to me under warranty. After almost 6 months I managed to send them to an apple center thanks to a shop that kindly offered to waste them and, when I arrived at the repair center, they told me that the sellers had sold me non-Italian airpods without even telling me and that despite having the guarantee , I had to pay them out of my own pocket for this reason.
Very rude and not at all helpful.

Negozio piccolo quindi non fornitissimo ma se si sta più giorni a Livigno da Tirano arriva quello che si cerca
Courtesy and competence are at home, excellent prices because they are Unieuro minus the VAT.
Small shop therefore not well stocked but if you stay several days in Livigno da Tirano, you will find what you are looking for

In sostanza mi hanno venduto a 61,47€ un oggetto che ne costa 34.
Magari solo una etichettatura sbagliata, ma come fare per chiedere un rimborso?
Friendly staff, but they sold me a BT3040 Braun instead of a BT5070
In essence they sold me for € 61.47 an item that costs 34.
Maybe just a wrong labeling, but how to ask for a refund?
