Molto valido il servizio di installazione a domicilio per i grandi elettrodomestici così come anche il servizio di riparazione. The point of sale is rather small but it is possible to order the items that enter through the Unieuro circuit. The home installation service for large appliances and the repair service is very good.

Premetto che la persona con cui ho avuto a che fare non era la stessa di 3 anni fa, che era molto, molto meglio... Chiedo informazioni su di un frigorifero LG visto in promozione sull'applicazione ufficiale di Unieuro. Mi viene richiesto il prezzo pieno di 1299 euro, quando sull'app di Unieuro era a 699 euro... Faccio presente la differenza di prezzo, sottolineando che non era un prezzo qualsiasi trovato in rete, ma il prezzo praticato dalla sua stessa catena, Unieuro. Il personaggio borbotta qualcosa e si mette davanti al computer... Dopo un po' mi dice che può farlo anche lui a 699 euro... Che strano... Questo significa forse che prima ha cercato di approfittarne facendomi un prezzo di 600 euro più alto? Sicuramente il suo atteggiamento NON è stato assolutamente professionale... Appurato che il prezzo è miracolosamente sceso di 600 euro, mi viene detto che per la consegna a Valeggio (1,2 km dal negozio) sono altri 50 euro... A questo punto ringrazio per le informazioni (e la inesistente professionalità, aggiungo) e me ne vado. Il giorno successivo mi reco al negozio Unieuro di Villafranca dove, senza bisogno di dire nulla, mi fanno da subito il prezzo della promozione di Unieuro e dove prendo anche appuntamento per la consegna a Valeggio al prezzo di 10 (e non 50) euro... Anche consegna era in "promozione". A questo punto traetene le conclusioni: evidentemente a cercare di privilegiare un'attività locale si commette un errore...
