Ogni volta è difficile ''RUBARE'' un consulente per dei consigli su acquisti,dubbi,perplessità e credo che questo costi qualche vendita nei vari reparti perchè nel dubbio non compri più. Non tutti poi, sono preparati,o meglio sostituiscono qualche collega nel reparto e non vedono l'ora di mollarti perché ovviamente hanno da fare. Unieuro dovrebbe mettere più personale,spesso é quasi ovvio che sono in difficoltà..... The temple and the empire of technology! There is everything of everything. Ricevo in regalo un telefono preordinato online, ma pagato e ritirato in negozio. Decido di cambiarlo,poiché non gradito (anche i bimbi sanno che TUTTI entro 14 giorni possono liberamente chiedere il cambio o l'emissione di un buono spesa di pari importo, SENZA DOVER SPECIFICARE IL MOTIVO. Tra l'altro, è chiarissimo al riguardo lo stesso sito web di Unieuro). Loro si prendono per due giorni il telefono dicendo di "dover chiedere all'azienda". Mi richiamano, dicendo che non era possibile fare niente e ad ogni tentativo di spiegare le regole al riguardo, la titolare inventava una scusa più ridicola dell'altra. Quando ho detto che sarei andata al negozio insieme ai Carabinieri, mi hanno magicamente richiamata dicendo che "avevano insistito così tanto con l'Azienda,che alla fine erano riusciti ad accontentarmi" ahahah ??? Scriverò ad Unieuro per segnalare questa filiale che dovrebbe onestamente essere riconvertita, magari in un fruttivendolo TO AVOID! Embarrassing experience, incompetent and arrogant owner and employees. I receive as a gift a phone pre-ordered online, but paid for and collected in the store. Mi spiace dirlo, ma la mancanza di buone maniere e professionalità è stata lampante fin dall'inizio dell'esperienza.. Politica aziendale dei point city rivolta a chi non gira ed e' costretto a comprare in loco come gli anziani... Little assortment, higher prices than the stores of the same chain. Ormai,da molti lustri, Tommaso e famiglia assistono e consigliano al meglio tutti i paesani che si affacciano al punto vendita. Personalmente non ho mai avuto la necessità di andare altrove perché ho sempre trovato subito ciò che mi abbisognava. Il personale è prettamente femminile e competente. Parcheggio privato e riservato completano il tutto. Bravi. It is the temple of electronics in Modugno. For many decades now, Tommaso and his family have been assisting and advising all the villagers who come to the store in the best possible way. Personally, I never had the need to go elsewhere because I always found what I needed right away. The staff is purely female and competent. Private and reserved parking complete the whole. Well done.
