Pessimi!
Place an order with collection on site. They assured me the arrival of the goods after a week. After 10 days they don't let me know anything. I go to the shop and they tell me that my order never left.

Hanno fatto trascorrere 10 giorni, mi sn recato nel negozio e si sono giustificati che il mio ordine non è mai stato fatto e quindi mai arrivato, ho chiamato il servizio clienti per giorni, senza risposta, dopo circa 40 chiamate mi rispondono che è normale cosi, per loro è giusto...sono trascorsi i famosi 10 giorni e quindi l'ordine non è piu disponibile per il ritiro. Ottimo servizio...eccellente come Amazon prime...
Order placed with collection on site, waiting for a call from them to collect the order.
They spent 10 days, I went to the shop and they justified that my order was never placed and therefore never arrived, I called customer service for days, without response, after about 40 calls they answer me that it is normal like this , for them it is right ... the famous 10 days have passed and therefore the order is no longer available for collection. Great service ... excellent like Amazon prime ...
