Il locale è trasandato e la pulizia non è di casa. I prezzi esposti sui frigo sono quasi inesistenti e ti obbligano sempre a parlare con qualcuno. Se vuoi fare un giro e vedere i prezzi generali, non è il posto giusto. assortimento minimo indispensabile tanto che mi fa specie il nome Uniero City. Credo che siano al limite con il personale. Unica nota positiva il segretario che sembra sapere un poco di tutto, e ci puoi parlare tranquillamente. Forse fa parte della famiglia dei proprietari. Sempre molto disponibili, se c'è un problema si fanno in 4 per risolverlo. Consigliatissimo! Abbiamo chiamato in negozio per l'assistenza tecnica, non sapendo che prevedeva che il loro tecnico venisse, accendesse la lavatrice senza controllare i guasti interni. Dopo varie discussioni animate ci viene detto che forse è un problema di scheda interna e per questo non trovano il problema. A Novembre la lavatrice continua a dare problemi e ci viene continuamente risposto che è funzionante basandosi sull'accensione di essa. Faremo aggiustare la lavatrice a nostre spese da un tecnico esperto e professionale. Dopo 30 anni da clienti soddisfatti chiudiamo decisamente i rapporti con questo negozio poco professionale e poco attento alla clientela.
