E ho preso un frullatore da tavola Ariete...La ragazza che mi ha "servito" Non è stata assolutamente al'altezza di soddisfarmi1.Non è e stata in grado di rimettere il frullatore (essendo l.Ultimo pezzo )nella scatola come si doveva ....per un trasporto senza pensieri....2.mi voleva dare la scatola senza un sacchetto ...Dopo che io ho visto dietro il banco allora mi ha messo la scatola dentro il un sacchetto più grande....provando prima con uno che non c'entrava neanche..... M	Manuel Poli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ritirato un TV che avevo prenotato tramite il sito, arrivato a casa mi accorgo che il TV presenta un difetto al pannello (difetto che poi mi viene subito riconosciuto dal servizio assistenza email di Samsung), il giorno seguente torno in negozio per esporre il problema con tanto di foto e chiedo di poter restituire l'articolo e di avere il rimborso ma secondo loro il prodotto non aveva difetti e quindi non avrebbero ripreso indietro niente. Grazie alla loro incompetenza è un mese che ho la TV nuova lì ferma nella scatola perché devo ancora portarla in assistenza. Poi dopo non ci lamentiamo se le persone acquistano su Amazon! Negozio assolutamente da evitare! Sono uscita e ho comprato iPhone 11 in un altro posto. Non andrò mai più e non lo consiglio a nessuno . Perché non avevo voglia di discutere. Io mi ritengo soddisfattissimo della mia esperienza, ho sempre acquistato il prodotto cercato e mi sono sempre trovato a contatto con personale paziente, disponibile ed in particolare molto preparato sulle indicazioni da dare al cliente in relazione ai prodotti in vendita...dote importantissima in generale ma ancor di più in un settore dove la scelta giusta fa la differenza eccome...CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! In a business, the quality / price ratio is certainly sought and here I would say that we are widely but even more attention and availability of the staff. I feel very satisfied with my experience, I always bought the product I was looking for and I always found myself in contact with patient personnel, available and in particular very prepared on the indications to be given to the customer in relation to the products on sale ... very important gift in general but even more in a sector where the right choice makes the difference and how ...
