★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha "servito" una signora altamente incompetente, inetta, ignorante e poco professionale che per un'operazione da un minuto me ne ha fatto perdere un'ora! Davvero molto imbarazzante. Ci sono volute 15 chiamate e l'intervento di un collega dall'altra parte dell'Italia per risolvere, ripeto, un problema di un minuto. Bel modo di trattare i clienti.
I was "served" by a highly incompetent, inept, ignorant and unprofessional lady who for a one minute operation made me waste an hour! Really very embarrassing. It took 15 calls and the intervention of a colleague from the other side of Italy to solve, I repeat, a one-minute problem. Nice way to treat customers.
