★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispiaciuto, dopo dieci anni di permanenza fatta di "dare" nel momento in cui sono andato a "chiedere", sono stato costretto a cambiare banca. Mi sono state poste condizioni e procedure tali da non poter ottenere un mutuo commisurato alle mie esigenze (niente di straordinario a mio avviso). Potevo anche comprenderlo qualora ciò fosse derivato da direttive centrali, ma la totale assenza di collaborazione e disinteresse da parte del "direttore" (veramente imbarazzante) è stata la causa dell'abbandono. Evidentemente ero un pesce piccolo.
I was sorry, after ten years of being "given" when I went to "ask", I was forced to change bank. I have been asked about the conditions and procedures such that I cannot obtain a mortgage commensurate with my needs (nothing extraordinary in my opinion). I could also understand it if this was derived from central directives, but the total absence of collaboration and disinterest on the part of the "director" (really embarrassing) was the cause of the abandonment. Obviously I was a small fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È quasi un mese che chiamo per avere una semplice stampa, continuano a dirmi richiami domani poi il cassiere è in malattia e oggi richiami nel pomeriggio e io chiamo e non risponde nessuno a due numeri....
Indecenti, possono prepararmi la stampa quando hanno tempo......ma ché.....
Ti tolgono dal conto quello che stabiliscono loro per il servizio ma poi se forse una volta all'anno chiedi fanno finta di niente. ..

I have been calling for almost a month to have a simple printout, they keep saying call me back tomorrow then the cashier is on sick leave and today you call back in the afternoon and I call and no one answers two numbers ....
Indecent, they can prepare the press when they have time ...... but what .....
They take away from you what they set them for the service but then if you ask once a year they pretend nothing has happened. ..
One star .... TOO MUCH
