★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo periodo bisogna andare in banca con appuntamento, ma nessuno risponde mai al telefono e quindi non si riesce a prendere l'appuntamento. Allora sono andata in banca e c'erano 3 impiegati. Per fortuna la direttrice mi ha accolta, ma mentre cercava di aiutarmi ha risposto due volte al cellulare per dare due appuntamenti. Quindi, a qualcuno rispondono... Comunque sono 3 giorni che sto aspettando una sua chiamata per prendere un nuovo appuntamento.
In this period you have to go to the bank with an appointment, but no one ever answers the phone and therefore you are unable to make an appointment. So I went to the bank and there were 3 employees. Luckily the director welcomed me, but while trying to help me she answered her cell phone twice to make two appointments. So, someone is answered ... Anyway I have been waiting for 3 days for your call to make a new appointment.
